Today I went to a mom's meetup group. A friend of mine sent me a link to a Christian parenting group that just started up. They were once a MOPS group and have branched off and is now called Niles Westside Moms. Today was our first get together:) We all met up at Krispy Kremes for national cream filled doughnut day lol! The kids all loved watching the doughnuts being made and of course eating them! I even had a mini one mmm mmm!
Afterwards a few of us decided to head to the park and let the kiddos run off that sugar buzz! My friend Missy who I met at a core/yoga class in the YMCA about a year ago is the one who sent me the info on this group and is also the one who started our book club. I was speaking about how I have enrolled my girls in Wednesday evening bible study and how I would like to do one as well. So we are starting one up! I am so excited about this. I have been thinking about this all summer and I think the time is finally right.
So much to look forward to:)
